Let's embark on a path of self-discovery, together. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to share openly and comfortably, as we navigate through your emotions and thoughts. The virtual space is designed to foster healing and growth.
Remember, you're not alone in this. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where your voice matters. Your story is unique, and I’m here to help you embrace it fully and live the life that you truly want.
MEET YOUR THERAPIST
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University. I then attained my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio where I graduated with honors. I am EMDR-trained, as well as trained in CBT-I- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
I have provided mental health treatment in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma disorders, domestic violence, eating disorders, post-divorce trauma, problematic sexual behaviors, and more.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my five children. I have a special place in my heart for special needs children as one of mine is on the autism spectrum. I am also a mother of multiples, and having identical twins has been the adventure of a lifetime. I love the beautiful outdoors of Utah, gourmet cooking, reading, watching stand-up comedies, and continually learning new things. I am from Texas, and I like to think that my Southern charm has followed me to Utah and has an influence on the way I care for my clients.
